RESERVATIONS

Reservations are secured by Zelle or Cash and a valid identification (Drivers license or State id) Some items may require a higher deposit or a cleaning deposit. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended.

CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will not be given. We offer store credit up to a year from date of initial service. 

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is available at a nominal charge. We will deliver to all areas that are accessible, at ground level, and within a reasonable walking distance from the truck. If deliveries require special circumstances such as deliveries to the beach on sand, up hills, or upstairs, there will be additional charges occurred. Arrangements must be made in advance for set up.

LATE CHARGES

Rental Items are expected to be returned the day following your original rental date. The card on file will be charged at the end of the business day for late fees.

 

RAIN POLICY

In the event of a rainy day we have the right to determine whether the items will be delivered based upon the weather. Customer takes the risk of being rescheduled if deemed appropriate due to weather.

HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT

All About Fun DOES NOT ALLOW the use of staples or tape on any equipment. All items are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were rented. The charge for removal of said forth items is $10.00 minimum per item.

WILL CALL POLICY

Client must have a valid driver’s license and must be 18 years of age or older to rent and sign contract, and drive equipment off our facilities.A copy of a credit/debit card and identification is required for all rental orders.All About Fun employees will not assist you in the loading and unloading of rental items.All About Fun recommends that client provide moving blankets to protect your vehicle.Client is responsible for verifying all equipment received prior to signing contract.Upon signing, counts are accepted as final.Client will be charged for missing and equipment damaged due to negligence.Consessions must be rinsed clean and free of debris, and returnedin original state as it was rented. Where items are not returned as stated an additional cleaning fee will be billed to client and charged to credit card on file.All About Fun does not allow the use of staples or tape on any equipment. If your rental item malfunctions during usage, client must call All About Fun’s office immediately. If it is after business hours please leave a message stating the issue you were having. If notification is not made, refunds will not be considered. On behalf of myself, my firm, and or the originator of contract, I have read and understand and will comply with the above WILL CALL policy. By signing this form I agree not to dispute charges by All About Fun except in the case of fraud.
